Sandra Leidecker

Sandra Leidecker is a Berlin-based record collector, DJ and visual artist. In the past years she’s been to Detroit several times interviewing local artists for her book-project "Geektown Detroit" while also diving into the crates of the local record and thrift shops. Under the alias "Frinda Di Lanco" she hosts a new event series called "Dschungelliebe" and regularly spins at various venues like Klunkerkranich, Heideglühen or Schrippe Hawaii. Her record selections cannot be pinned down to a specific style: despite her profound background in modern Soul and Disco, it's not unlikely to catch her playing Italo or Neue Deutsche Welle. She is showcasing genre and country-specific podcasts as well as radio-appearances on platforms like Mr. Bongo Record Club, Cashmere Radio or Michael Rütten's "Soulsearching".
