
Kasia Wolińska is a choreographer, dancer, and writer born in Gdańsk, based between Berlin and Vienna. She creates choreographic works including “KISS” (2022), “Salvage” (2021), and “Dance Pilgrim Dance” (2017), presented internationally, while developing research-based artistic practices and collaborating widely as a performer.
Since 2018 she has run the blog danceisaweapon.com on dance and politics. Her texts appear in publications including e-flux, Paletten, Dialog. Magazine for Contemporary Dramaturgy, and books such as Danceolitics and Choreography Autonomies. She co-founded The Future Body At Work and is a member of the transnational collective systering.
