There are two marked parking spots in front of the building. Access to the Parkett by means of a separate entrance with lift when necessary. Barrier-free restroom facilities are available. Tickets for wheelchair users and accompanying persons can be booked via the ticketing system. The Haus der Berliner Festspiele in Schaperstraße 24 has wheelchair access without steps to the foyer and to the auditorium on the ground floor. A wheelchair accessible lift is available for the upper foyers. This lift is equipped with tactile lettering. There is a WC on the ground floor for persons with restricted mobility.

Freedom of movement to all of the rooms (with exception of the deck) is guaranteed. There is a barrier-free restroom in the foyer, and directly in front of the entrance of the building are barrier-free parking spaces.
