Hygiene Policy

To assure the health of our guests, crew and performers, all performance will take place under a thorough hygenic concept that is constantly updated. 

The following regulations are currently in effect:

For online purchases, first and last name, complete address, e-mail address and telephone number are required from all guests and will be stored for a period of four weeks following the event. For box-office purchases, the staff will enter this information into the booking system. The operator of the ticketing system guarantees that the data gathered will not be transmitted to other databases and will be automatically deleted four weeks after the event. Consent for storing data is obtained by the system during the online booking process.

Tickets have to be personalized.

Admission is only possible upon presentation of a personalised negative test result of an official testing centre from the last 24 hours in combination with an ID. The negative test result may be replaced by a certificate of full vaccination or demonstrable recovery of SARS-CoV-2. Visitors who fail to present proof of the aforementioned test result or convalescence at the venue, cannot be admitted.

  • Family Friendly – Tickets for Children and Teenagers

    Children up to the age of 14 who are accompanied by an adult ticketholder receive reduced entry to all categories of the following performances for a special price:

  • Concessions

    A limited number of reduced tickets is available for

    • students
    • young people doing voluntary civil service
    • welfare recipients
    • recipients of unemployment services I/II
    • disabled people with identification
    • young people doing military service
    • work trainees
    • and those receiving assistance in the context of asylum

    Please note: An identification card must be presented in person in order to qualify for the discount.

  • Visitors with disabilities

    People with disabilities who are eligible to bring a carer (marked ‘B’ on the disability identity card) receive one ticket each for themselves and for their carer at a 50% discount. We kindly request that people in wheelchairs notify at least one day before the performance at

  • Professionals

    Professionals have the opportuntiy to get accredited for reduced tickets on our homepage. To receive the accreditation, you must be currently working professionally in the field of dance. You will receive a discount code via email which you can use to book your tickets onine. You can buy one ticket per production at the reduced price, subject to availability.   • TanzCard

    Holders of the tanzcard receive ca. 20% discount on all performances for advanced sales. For more information please visit:
