Hygiene Policy

Please note that because of the SARS-CoV-2 protective regulations tickets must be purchased online or via telephone.

For online purchases, first and last name, complete address, e-mail address and telephone number are required from all guests and will be stored for a period of four weeks following the event. For box-office purchases, the staff will enter this information into the booking system. The operator of the ticketing system guarantees that the data gathered will not be transmitted to other databases and will be automatically deleted four weeks after the event. Consent for storing data is obtained by the system during the online booking process.

Tickets are personalized and non-transferable.

Seating is done in the so-called chequerboard pattern, which means that one seat is left vacant in each direction to the next person. Even for members of the same household, placement without such spacing is not possible.

Admission is only possible upon presentation of a personalised negative test result from the last 24 hours in combination with an ID. The negative test result may be replaced by a certificate of vaccination with a vaccine against COVID-19 approved by the European Union, the last required vaccination of which was at least 14 days ago, or certification of a positive PCR test result for SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus infection more than six months ago in conjunction with at least one vaccination against COVID-19 with a vaccine approved by the European Union at least 14 days ago, or proof of a positive PCR test result for SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus infection at least 28 days and no more than six months ago.
