“Dissemination Everywhere!” is a new radio ballet by Hamburg-based media- and performance art collective LIGNA, with contributions by thirteen international artists. Addressing sentiments of vulnerability and solidarity, collective members Ole Frahm, Michael Hueners und Torsten Michaelsen asked choreographers from around the world how their societies and bodies have changed during these times of global threat. Audiences are invited to listen through headphones and follow movement instructions as they participate in a polyphonic choreography that explores alternative modes of collective action.
In parallel to its presentation at Tanz im August on August 30, “Dissemination Everywhere!” will simultaneously take place at the Zürcher Theater Spektakel and the Theater Festival Basel as a shared experience across distance.
