Where do the boundaries of movement and our imagination lie? The renowned artist La Ribot and the inclusive company Dançando com a Diferença, from Madeira, have abandoned themselves to a process of discovery: in the performance “Happy Island” they travel along their desires and visions, exploring unsettling intensities, creating temporary, imaginary dream places. In images both intimate and extravagant, they tell of community and the right to freedom.
